Eternal Naturals is an online retail store offering healthy sun dried organic super foods. Further their range of super foods are a culinary delight and are packed with health and medicinal benefits.
Background
The selling point for the eternal naturals was the unique combination of taste, health and medicinal benefits that its products offered. But most of the young users though health conscious do not go out looking for the super foods. Also healthy eating options usually have older generation in their demographics.
So challenge with us was to build a campaign to aim at young users i.e. a new audience for the brand.
Strategy
We knew that our target audience were never going to specifically search for super foods on any regular store in the market. Hence after researching we started developeing a very user friendly website and marketed the platform using and targeting key words like Kachampuli (Coorg Vinegar), Jackfruit Seeds and Birds Eye Chilli that they use while searching for other health related products. Our aim was to increase visibility which will lead to conversions.
Solution
Our research revealed to us the generic keywords used by the young users while browsing for various health related products. Thereafter we began deploying organic SEO strategies coupled with Pay Per Click and Search Engine Marketing to grab the attention of our target audience. Also we focused specifically on the ad placements for PPC to ensure higher visibility at lower cost. Hence though we could not achieve 100% top positions we made sure to reach top position most of the time.
Result
As a result of our product specific plans we could attract traffic that was willing to convert. And our efforts showed jump of 115% in product sales and 180% in traffic.
